Are your products authentic?
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and original. We source them directly from authorized distributors and brands in Saudi Arabia , Korea and the USA to ensure their quality and genuineness.
Where do you ship your products from?
We ship all our products from our warehouse in Saudi Arabia. This allows us to offer faster delivery times and a seamless shopping experience for our customers in the region. as well as from USA to Pakistan
What are the delivery times and charges?
Delivery times and charges vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. You can view the estimated delivery time and cost at checkout before you finalize your order.
Is there an extra charge for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, a 5% extra charge is applied to all orders paid for using Cash on Delivery. To avoid this fee, we encourage you to use our online payment options.
Do you offer any discounts on bank charges?
Absolutely! You can get a 5% discount on your total order when you pay using a bank card. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout when you select a card payment option.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders over SAR 25,000 when you pay with a bank card. This offer is a great way to save on shipping costs while enjoying the convenience of online shopping.
Why am I being charged an extra amount on product when its actual price is lower?
We understand why the final price might seem higher than the product's listed value, and we want to be fully transparent about what's included. The price you see at checkout covers much more than just the item itself.
To ensure your order arrives safely and without any unexpected fees, the total cost includes:
- Bank conversion charges: We handle the currency conversion fees for you, as our products are imported.
- Secure packaging: We use high-quality packaging to protect your item and ensure it arrives in perfect condition, free of dents or damages.
- Shipping costs to Pakistan: This covers the entire journey of the product from our warehouse to your doorstep.
- Pakistan customs charges: We manage all customs duties and taxes so you don't have to deal with any hidden fees or complications.
- Minimal profit: After all these essential costs are covered, a small profit margin is included to sustain our business and allow us to continue sourcing quality products for you.
By factoring in all these costs upfront, we provide a clear, final price so you know exactly what you're paying for, with no surprises.
Do you require an advance payment, or is full Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
We do not offer full Cash on Delivery. To confirm your order, we require an advance payment that covers a 5% GST tax and a portion of the delivery charges. The remaining amount will be collected via Cash on Delivery, as long as your total order is under SAR 25,000.
