Since most of our products are personal-use items, they cannot be returned or resold once opened.  I’ve set a strict

Exceptions are only made if your order arrives damaged during transit.

Please check your order immediately upon delivery.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect,

Refunds

For approved cases (like transit damage):

  • I’ll notify you after inspecting the returned product.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. 

  • Please allow some time for your bank/payment service to reflect the refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags/seals intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process:

  • A return shipping label and instructions will be provided.

  • Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personal care & beauty products (if opened/used)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Sale items & gift cards

  • Hazardous/flammable items (liquids, gases)

  • Imported electronics damaged by local voltage fluctuations

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • If not received within 15 business days, please contact us.
