1. Our Service

Just Hafsah provides a personal shopping service for clients in Pakistan who wish to acquire specific products from Saudi Arabia. We are not a logistics company or a product reseller. Our role is to act as your representative to:

• Source: Locate and verify the availability of the product you have requested in Saudi Arabia.
• Purchase: Buy the product on your behalf.
• Ship: Arrange for the product to be sent from Saudi Arabia to our location in Pakistan.
• Deliver: Ensure the final delivery of the product to your specified address.

Our service simplifies the process for you by managing everything from the initial request to the final delivery. You just need to place your order and wait for the package to arrive.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Requesting a Product: To place an order, you will provide us with a detailed request, including product name, brand, photos, or links.
• Quotation: We will then provide you with a single, all-inclusive quote. This price includes:
  • The cost of the product in Saudi Arabia.
  • Our service fee.
  • International and domestic bank transaction charges.
  • All international shipping and handling costs.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, and import fees for Pakistan.
• Payment: To confirm your order, a minimum 50% to 70% of the total amount is required upfront. We will not begin sourcing or purchasing the product until this partial payment is received. The remaining balance will be due upon the product’s arrival in Pakistan before final delivery.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Time: The estimated delivery time for your order is 3 to 4 weeks from the date of payment confirmation. This timeframe can vary depending on product availability and shipping logistics from Saudi Arabia.
• Customs and Duties: We handle all customs and duties on your behalf. The final price you pay is the only cost you will incur; there will be no surprise charges upon delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Final Sales: Due to the nature of our on-demand, international service, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been purchased in Saudi Arabia.
• Order Cancellation: You may only cancel an order if we have not yet purchased the item. Once the product has been bought, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

5. Product Condition and Authenticity

We act solely as a service provider for purchasing and shipping. We are not the manufacturer of the products. While we will make every effort to ensure the product matches your request, We take full responsibility for the items we purchase on your behalf. However, if you specifically provide a link or instructions to purchase a product from a third-party seller or platform, your responsibility is to verify the legitimacy of that source. While we will still handle the purchase and shipping, we cannot be held liable for the product’s quality or authenticity if the issue stems directly from the third-party seller you instructed us to use.

6. Limitation of Liability

When we take your order and accept an advance payment, we guarantee the successful delivery of your desired product. Our liability is not limited, and we are fully responsible for the order from the moment you pay the advance until it is delivered to you. We are fully liable for any delays, damage, or loss that occurs during the process. If, for any reason, we cannot deliver the product you ordered, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including your advance payment.
