Eligibility for Returns

To maintain hygiene standards and ensure the authenticity of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If the product or packaging is damaged during international transit.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  • Defective Product: If the item has a clear manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

For the health and safety of our customers, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Hygiene-Sensitive Products: This includes all garments/undergarments for any gender.

  • Cosmetics & Skincare: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items (e.g., lipsticks, foundations, serums, or creams) unless they arrived damaged.

  • Jewelry: All jewelry sales are final. We only offer a return or exchange if the item arrives broken or damaged.

Kindly Note: To be eligible for a return on damaged jewelry or cosmetics, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or an unboxing video.

Reporting a Problem

You must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Requirement: You must provide clear photos or an “unboxing video” showing the damage or the incorrect item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

No “Change of Mind” Returns

Since every item is sourced “on-demand” specifically for you from Saudi Arabia, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or dislike a shade/color after purchase. We encourage you to check swatches and reviews before placing your order.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected:

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), Just Hafsah will cover the return shipping costs.

Approved Returns: We will offer you a replacement (if available) or a full refund to your original payment method.

Bank Transfers: If you paid via bank transfer, the refund will be sent back to your provided account within 3–5 working days.

Cancellations

Before Sourcing: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement.

After Sourcing: Once the item has been purchased from the outlet in Jeddah or shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping Your Return

To return your product, you should mail your product .

Tracking & Insurance: If you are returning more expensive items (such as high-end luxury originals), you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Transit Time: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
